Products

Each piece is handmade from golden grass. Small variations in colour, weave and size are characteristics of artisan work and are not defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Orders and shipping

The contract is concluded upon order confirmation. Shipping conditions are described on the Shipping page.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as described on the Returns & Refunds page.

The statutory 24-month legal guarantee of conformity applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For dispute resolution, the European Commission ODR platform is available.
