Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery — if a piece isn’t right, it’s on us. Email rahamorit@gmail.com and we’ll send return instructions.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
Conditions
Items must be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.
Process and refunds
To start a return, email rahamorit@gmail.com. Once we receive and check the item, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions
Personalised or made-to-measure items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in case of defects.
